Heather emerges from offices with a smile.

I cannot take her anymore.  She just seems such a phoney.  I feel so sad for Sir Paul these days.  He was HAD.  And in such a public manner.  Hopefully the truth will set him free in the end, and Heather will get what we all know she deserves.  Here’s what we’ve read.

Heather Mills beams as she arrives at her lawyer’s office yesterday to discuss her bitter divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.

Wearing a white cap and green velvet jacket, Heather looked fresh-faced despite the strain of the acrimonious split with the 64-year-old former Beatle.

The former model was happy to pose for pictures as she arrived at Mishcon de Reya solicitors – which represented Princess Diana in her split from Prince Charles.

She spent three hours inside the Central London offices with her lawyer Anthony Julius – days after her claims that Sir Paul beat her during their four-year marriage surfaced in leaked divorce documents.

As she emerged, with a broad grin which can only spell more trouble for Macca, Heather, 38, said: “I haven’t spoken so far and will not speak now until the divorce is over.”

Meanwhile, Macca’s legal team are thought to be examining Heather’s self-help book to see if it contradicts her accusations.

One of the strangest allegations is Macca refused to allow her to get up in the morning before he was ready.

But in Life Balance, published this year, Heather says she regularly rises early to gain “me time”.

She writes: “As a working wife and mother I have learnt that setting the alarm 30 minutes earlier each morning can make all the difference. It allows me a little bit of personal space before the day begins. I organise everything for breakfast the night before so that I can get it ready without a panic and we can eat together as a family.”

Earlier this week, the Mirror revealed how Heather is thought to have leaked the papers after she discovered Sir Paul wants custody of their daughter Bea, two.
