Just thought I’d share something while trolling the internet.  I have found John Lennon’s last proper television interview (approx. 40 minutes in 4 parts) with Tom Snyder on the Tomorrow Show, which surprisingly took place as far back as April 28, 1975.  Enjoy!

Some news updates on the Hard Day’s Night Hotel

The four soon-to-be four star hotel has been extended to six floors and is now half-way through construction. The hotel is intended to be fully Beatle themed as well as being a “guided tour” through the Fab Four’s career from The Cavern to the rooftop of Abbey Road studios. Each room will have a specially commissioned painting depicting a scene from the Beatle’s journey and a smaller version of the painting will hang outside the rooms so that visitors can follow the story as they work their way up the various floors.

See you soon in the UK.  This place looks like the ultimate fan’s dream hotel for everything Fab!.

Heather fears assassination attempt.

OK, I don’t like her :::cough cough…attention whore…cough::: cough as far as I can throw her either, but there are some things you don’t say publically.  To me, anyway, being a Beatle fan it’s almost sacrilege to think that in light of the other assassination attempts.  It’s almost as if Heather doesn’t deserve it.  I mean I know that’s a horrible thing to say, and I don’t wish anyone dead.  I just wish her celebrity presence was, well, killed.  I’ve had and heard enough about it.  She should simply give up the grip on her 15 minutes of fame.  Few of us really care…I for one am done feeling sorry for her.  I am content to simply watch the car wreck as it unfolds.

Heather Mills fears assassination attempts.

Anyway, here’s the latest scribblings from the Daily Mail and what Heather had to say about her fears of assassination.

Heather Mills says she fears she could be shot dead or stabbed like former Beatles legends John Lennon and George Harrison.

Friends have expressed concern about her health after the estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney was seen filming people on the street to gather evidence.

Dhani Harrison talks about being the son of a Beatle.

There is some talk lately that three Beatle children will release albums this year. We are anticipating releases from Sean Lennon, there are whispers of an upcoming album from Julian Lennon, a follow-up to the fantastic Photograph Smile, and a politically charged, yet humorous release from Dhani Harrison’s new outfit, The NewNo2.  You’ll get it if you are a fan of The Prisoner.

In thoughts of this explosion of beatle-offspring creativity, I found this article which reminded me that these guys are kids to those Beatles that we love, and that amidst our uber-fandom, these guys call our loveable Beatles “dad.”  It is a sometimes painful reminder that our Beatle heroes are all too human.

Rare Beatles poster to go up for grabs.

Here's some of the latest on an ultra rare Beatles that is now under the auctioneer's gavel, today unfortunately.  So sorry to post this so late to you all….anyway, here's the skinny in case you were interested.

This cardboard poster advertising the Beatles' first visit to Philadelphia has the distinction of being the only-known venue poster produced to promote any of the 25 stops on the North American summer tour of 1964 and, as such, is the earliest known US Beatles concert poster. How many of these cardboard posters were printed is unknown but we're aware of only three surviving examples. Chances are they were posted at Convention Hall soon after the concert was announced the previous April, but prior to tickets going on sale. The 7pm start time was later revised to 8pm.

Raunchy videos of Mrs. Mills-McCartney set to hit UK television.

It looks like all of us folks here in the US will have to keep checking youtube, until the dirt turns up on our loveable (HA, HA) Heather Mills.  It also looks like the British TV tabloids are going to be airing some dirty, dirty laundry.  Here's the story according to the Tittle-Tattle.

The explicit images – obtained by erotic channel television X – reportedly show the estranged wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney "in all her glory".

The British TV is calling...

The station has also obtained explicit photographs of the former model engaged in a variety of sex acts, believed to be taken from a photo shoot she did for a German sex book in the 80s.

The channel's spokesman said: "It's Heather Mills McCartney. Videos, pictures and dirty fantasies. You just don't want to miss it.
