So really, how do billionaires live? I guess we get a glimpse into the world of the rich and famous with this little news story. Paul is taking some rest and relaxation time with lady friend, and fellow millionaire, Nancy Shevell.
It is odd that he would be seen in such a public way by taking a holiday with [...]

I have to say, a lot of the sentiments stated in this article have crossed my mind periodically. Can internet users, even those less technologically advanced ones, can find Beatles tunes out in the interwebs if they look. They don’t even need to look that hard.
It is astonishing to think of the opportunities missed by [...]

It looks like some crafty iPhone user has generated a new, basic, app for their iphone. It seems kind of rudimentary, but does give a basic discography, and biography. It’s cool to play around with and try. It looks like more features are in the works as well. It’sa neat little application.
Check it out here.

I have to admit that I simply love the Beatle cartoons. As this article states, the Fab Four themselves were not too happy with the campy cartoons that beared their likeness. The animated Beatles were simply a way to cash-in on the mania and hoopla surrounding the group.
The accents were horrible, the storylines, if you can even call [...]

With Neil Aspinall’s passing, the Beatle circle got everso smaller this week. There are references out there as to how he really was the “fifth Beatle.” There have been arguments over the years as to who is best labeled as the elusive fifth Beatle. As this article states, it seems that virtually anyone who did come into contact with the Fab Four can [...]

A central figure in the Beatle family was lost today. Neil Aspinall has passed away at the age 66.
He will go down in history as one of the “fifth members” of The Beatles. Neil, we will miss you. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family today.
Here’s what we’ve read.
Neil Aspinall, who left an accounting job to [...]

Does anyone else think that it would be weird to see the Beatles with their own Guitar Hero game before seeing their music up for download on iTunes? I do…
You’d think that, if the rumors about this release is true, the software company would at least wait until the download/iTunes deal is finalized. You’d think [...]

This is very sad news. We knew that Neil was not doing well health-wise when he stepped down as the head of Apple last year. We pawned over speculation that he was ousted as honcho. We postulated over things like creative differences, and power struggles. It seems that Neil is indeed in ill health.
We wish [...]

Lawsuits, lawsuits, and more lawsuits. It seems that there have been tons of them throughout the history of our famed group. It would really be interesting to see a book on the history of Beatle lawsuits. No, it’s not the most creative title, but it would make for a good book. You could call it,”you never [...]
